Crooswijk has been facing a housing crisis for several decades as residents resist major infrastructure changes.
Our challenge was to explore: “How might we stimulate housing mobility by improving trust and participation between residents and the municipality?”

Our Findings
Residents responded better to open ended prompts and reported that the presence of a municipal representative during the process helped encouraged their participation.
